Shipping & Processing Policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. As a made-to-order and handmade shop, processing times may vary depending on order volume. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production and delivery may take up to 5 weeks or more.

Pre-made items are shipped as quickly as possible; however, due to overall shop volume, a specific shipping date is not guaranteed. All orders will be shipped within 60 days of purchase at the latest.

Pre-orders are offered for items that are out of stock, seasonal, or currently in production. These items may require additional processing time, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

To keep shipping costs low, tracking is not included for orders of 3 items or fewer. Orders with 4+ items or larger items (like earrings or keychains) will include tracking.
